#566 – Free AI Course for Amazon Sellers

Audio version above. Video version below

Helium 10’s free AI Bootcamp is here to help ecommerce sellers turn AI ideas into practical business workflows. In this episode of the AM/PM Podcast, Bradley Sutton joins Leo Sgovio and Jo Lambadjieva to introduce the course, with lessons for everyone from first-time users to sellers already building automations. Topics range from understanding AI hallucinations to connecting tools, generating images, and streamlining operations. You don’t need a Helium 10 account to benefit from the broader training. Start watching at http://h10.me/aibootcamp and follow the playlist as new lessons are released.

To give viewers a taste of what they can learn, the presenters share 3 free Claude skills. Bradley’s Mature Listing Audit Skill investigates declining Amazon sales by bringing together sales trends, traffic, conversion rates, keyword rankings, competitor insights, and advertising performance through the Helium 10 MCP. In his demonstration, conversion improved while traffic dropped sharply, revealing why sellers should investigate the data before assuming their listing needs a rewrite. The report also identifies lost keywords and potential recovery opportunities, completing in less than 10 minutes according to Bradley.

Leo’s PageSpeed Surgeon Skill tackles another business challenge: a slow website. Using a Google PageSpeed Insights report, it helps identify performance issues and recommend improvements while accounting for essential functions such as analytics, tracking pixels, and signup forms. Leo shares how his optimization work helped raise his website’s performance score from the low 40s to 98 and reduce loading time to less than a second. His demonstration shows how AI can help translate a technical report into practical next steps.

Jo’s SOP Extraction Skill rounds out the session by helping sellers document how work actually gets done. Guided questions draw out the steps, decisions, and exceptions behind a task, making it easier to identify what can be automated and where human judgment remains essential. Together, these examples bring the bootcamp’s purpose to life: helping sellers apply AI to specific problems they face every day. Visit http://h10.me/aibootcamp, start with a lesson that addresses your biggest bottleneck, and put what you learn to work.

How to watch for free a new course, all about AI for e-commerce sellers, no matter what level you are. How to do a six hour audit on your listing in only five minutes with AI. This and more on today’s episode. Hello everybody, and welcome to the AM/PM podcast. My name is Bradley Sutton, and I’ll be your host. And this is the show where we discuss all things Amazon, TikTok shop, and Walmart private label, and how to generate recurring revenue streams 24 hours a day during the AM and the PM, hence the name of the show. Get it? AM/PM podcast. And as a matter of fact, as you guys are watching this video, I am probably for the first time ever in Santorini. And as I’m taking pictures with those cool white buildings, I’ll still be making money online. How cool is that? Pretty cool, I think.

Bradley Sutton:

We are here to teach you guys a little something something, and not just with our workshop today, but also a 100% free course. And the new course that we are teaching that we’re gonna launch today, that you guys will be able to watch, 100% free. Even if you don’t even have Helium 10, you will be able to take advantage of this course. Now, some of you guys had mentioned that you’re completely new in AI, and that’s fine. Guess what? A few months ago, that was me. I was kind of a late bloomer in AI. I was not what’s called an early adopter. And so what I would do is I would learn from those who had a lot more experience than me. And today we have brought from different parts of the world, two of the, I would say most known experts when it comes to AI and especially e-commerce. And we’re gonna be talking today a lot about AI in the context of e-commerce. We’ll talk about AI outside the context of e-commerce because I think AI has completely taken over all aspects of our life. But especially what we’re talking about is how it relates to e-commerce, not just with Helium 10, but just how to, as e-commerce entrepreneurs, how our daily lives can be made easier and how we can make more money using AI. And so the two that we are having on today, let me go ahead and introduce them. We’ve got Leo and we’ve got Jo. Welcome to the show. Leo, where are you at right now?

Leo:

Hey, Bradley, it’s nice to see you and thank you for having me today. I’m here in Miami.

Bradley Sutton:

And Jo, where are you calling in from today?

Jo:

Yeah, hey, Bradley. I’m actually in Germany, in Cologne.

Bradley Sutton:

Leo, when did you first start really getting heavy into AI?

Leo:

I believe it was just when ChatGPT started to become a tool widely adopted, well, in our industry anyway, of those that started using AI for simple things. And since then, as you guys know, things have just, I guess, they went out of control. So that probably is the very beginning of when I started to explore AI. I guess we can go a little bit even before then, because AI is known right now as this, or has become more popular after, you know, ChatGPT was made available to everyone. But before then, we still used some very advanced technologies to build things for if you’re doing software development. So I guess I was very much interested in machine learning and that type of stuff, even learning how the Amazon algorithm works. And so, which involves somewhat intelligence, that what we call it artificially or super right now.So it’s up to us. But yes, that’s probably when I began discovering, learning more about it.

Bradley Sutton:

Nice, nice. How about you, Jo? When did you get really heavy into AI?

Jo:

Yeah, so I started just from a very practical point of view around, again, when ChatGPT came out. I started playing around with it and I thought, wow, at that point I had like a whole team to manage. And I thought this is going to be so cool to start integrating into some of our simple processes like product listing optimization. And then I started kind of, because I’m not a technical person actually, like I’ve never been particularly savvy with anything to do with developing, but I’ve always looked at technology as a way to help me make my life easier. And so I just wanted to learn as much as possible from a very practical point of view and started breaking down what I know is like e-commerce processes and try to experiment with AI to solve these. And bit by bit, kind of like self-educating and then, yeah, it kind of snowballed from there.

Bradley Sutton:

I love it, I love it. Now, you’ve got in e-commerce, one of the most followed profiles on LinkedIn. I would say when it comes to AI, you’re always dropping nuggets there.

Jo:

If you want to like find me, the easiest way to find me is through my newsletter, which is ai4ecommercenewsletter.com. And then, yeah, like I post a lot about specific use cases for e-commerce and AI, and I write a newsletter three times a week to basically get people to feel less stressed out about AI and more in control of everything that is happening and is moving so fast. And I do it with a little bit of sense of humor. So check it out if you wanna learn more.

Bradley Sutton:

I love it, I love it. Now, throughout this show, guys, we’re gonna be giving out free things. I’ll just throw out something completely unrelated to Helium 10 and not even really related to e-commerce, but just something I’ve been getting into the last couple of weeks. And actually, Leo, you know Rich Goldstein, right? You’ve met him many times. So Rich Goldstein sent me this, maybe like three or four weeks ago, sent me something in Facebook Messenger. Yes, we’re old school, that’s how we communicate, Facebook Messenger. But it was for this free AI tool, from Meta, called Muse. And he sent me here. I’ll get one billion free tokens and you’ll get one billion free tokens with this link. And I was like, at first I was like, is this spam? You know, because that’s not usually how we talk, but I guess he copied and pasted. I was like, is this you, Rich? And so he’s like, yeah, yeah, this is legit. I signed up and I was like, wow, this is actually, Meta is actually, you know, pretty good. Like they’ve got a great AI. So let me just throw something on the screen for you guys. I’m gonna pass on those billion free tokens and this is how you can sign up, all right? So let’s go to muse.ai, m-u-s-e.ai forward slash join. And there’s a coupon code on the screen, 841BCJ. 841BCJ. This will give you guys one billion free tokens. It’s, Muse is a free service. I actually just upgraded.

Bradley Sutton:

I don’t know if you’ve heard about this. You guys probably know more about it, but they came up with a new model called Wonder and supposedly on some things, it even is better than Claude. And so yesterday, I actually, for the first time, started paying for it, like 18 bucks or something a month. But for a few weeks, I’ve been just using the 100% free version to like manage my personal email and my calendar and stuff like that and it works just fine. So if anybody’s looking to test out something new that’s completely free, give that a try. Now, that’s one thing that maybe eight weeks ago or something nobody was talking about is Muse. And that’s the amazing thing about AI is that you just turn your back and something new is happening. And because of that, and because things are so rapidly changing, because it’s so new and there’s so much to learn, we as a team got together and like, hey, we need to have a free course where people at any level can learn about AI, all right? Yes, maybe there’s a little bit about Helium 10, but I would say 90% of this course is just in general and that’s what we’re calling the AI Bootcamp. I’m gonna give you guys a link so that you guys can jump into it. But Leo, what are some of the things that we go over in this bootcamp?

Leo:

Yeah, you said it right, Bradley. This is not just about covering things that we can do as Amazon sellers or really necessary to Helium 10. It’s very generally about e-commerce.

And so our goal here was to elevate your knowledge of applied AI to e-commerce, no matter where you sell. And so we covered a lot of things about operationalize what you currently do, perhaps manually using leveraging AI agents. And so that goes from finding out perhaps what is the latest price from your supplier that you received via email two months ago or two months ago and what is going on right now in the space related to your niche, whether it’s Shopify or Walmart, and that is done thanks to tools like Perplexity, for example. So there are a lot of different use cases that as business owners, whether you are an e-commerce seller, it’s really applied to everyone because you can learn what we are doing right now for e-commerce and use it for something else. Like the most important thing here is that I want you to take away from this bootcamp is really that knowledge, the experience that you gain and the mindset that you will learn as you go through the videos. I believe we have 15, 16 different videos, right, Bradley? And we go even deep within specific use cases, like Jo is covering a lot of stuff that you probably saw already or doing on LinkedIn when it comes to image generation. I go over other more technical things like setting up MCPs in the first three videos alone, you’ll learn a lot about it.So there is a lot and obviously I don’t need you, I don’t want you to feel intimidated by it because I started also knowing nothing about this industry. And so today I’m very lucky to be part of this AI bootcamp with Jo, with Bradley, and I’m telling you guys, it’s not complicated, like anybody can learn, anyone can take it to the next level and there are people right now building tools, automating businesses, so you can do that too. And that’s the reason why we did this.

Bradley Sutton:

Yes, Jo, give a couple of examples of maybe something basic that we went over in the bootcamp and then something advanced, like in one of the videos where it’s like, hey, somebody who already has a foothold, it’s probably gonna be something new for them.

Jo:

Yeah, sure, and I think this is where, for me, it’s really important to understand that everyone can use AI and one of the things that we try to sort of like pre-program in the way we build the bootcamp is it’s about how you think about AI and how you use AI because you can, of course, like everybody has access to any chatbot, but the people who really effectively build their business around AI or create an AI-powered business think very deeply through their processes and think about their processes in the context of AI or AI in the context of their processes. And so this is the big difference, is like something simple can be very sophisticated depending on how you approach it. And so we start with simple principles of understanding why models, for example, hallucinate, which can sound really theoretical, but it’s actually underpinning how you can be sure that what you’re getting from an LLM is actually a good output versus just some sort of made-up garbage that can essentially lead you to make the wrong decision. And this is a simple principle, but it’s super essential for you to actually be certain of what you’re getting from these large-language models. And something more sophisticated is, for example, how you build a chain of processes through skills, through connecting different MCPs, and how do you make sure that that is actually a cost-efficient process? Because again, you can go ahead and connect absolutely everything. You can build these super elaborate skills, and then you can pay for these processes far more than they’re actually returning in terms of investment because they’re inefficient. And so we’re not just building, or we are not just showing you how to build something that looks cool, but we are approaching it from a very much the point of view of how can you build something that is really truly sustainable in your business, that will give you the right outputs, and that actually makes sense economically, because AI can turn to be very expensive, although very cool.

Bradley Sutton:

Yeah, absolutely, absolutely. All right, so what I want everybody to do who’s watching this live, or if you guys are watching this on the replay or listening to it on the podcast, you can now go here and bookmark it for when you finish watching this episode recorded. Go to h10.me/AIbootcamp, and I’m gonna share on the screen. It’s gonna put up a playlist of what it is, and let me go ahead and put it up on the screen here just so you guys can see how it’s going to look. All right, so you should see it. It’s gonna go to a playlist, and the first three videos are out. There’s gonna be like 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 videos here, so what you guys do to just bookmark this so that you can watch it right afterwards, turn on this, make sure to follow Helium 10, and then turn on the subscription, this little bell that’s right here, and then after this live broadcast is done, even if you lose that, you can just go back to your own YouTube, and you should be able to pull it up from your subscriptions or from that bookmark, all right? So again, h10.me forward slash AI bootcamp, and you’ll be able to start from episode one. This is gonna be the playlist, so it’s important to bookmark this because each week, we’re gonna launch more videos from this, from what we recorded, and then later on, we’re gonna add here because AI is changing all the time, so maybe I’ll record something new that because of something that has come up that we never even thought about when we first started recording this. Maybe Leo might come on. Maybe Jo might come on. We’ll see like with some cool update from her newsletter or something. This is the playlist that we will be uploading these to. All right, another freebie that we’re going to give. I’m going to show you guys a skill that I created. Brand new, I’ve never shared this, and the reason I know it’s brand new is because I just created it last night. It’s kind of like a modification of another skill that I have.

Bradley Sutton:

This is a Helium 10 related one. Let me give you the context of this skill that I created. I obviously use Helium 10 a lot, and there are so many different tools in Helium 10 that we use for different things, and on this one account that maybe you guys, even on this podcast, have been seeing us do webinars on is this account called Graceful by Design on Amazon where it’s like these kids’ workbooks, and this is an account where the account got suspended for a while. We lost some of their products. Our TikTok shop on it had gotten messed up, and it was an account that basically went from like $2 million a year to maybe $200,000 a year across Amazon and TikTok, and so now we’ve been slowly building it up. We’ve been doing some things on TikTok, and so what I wanted to do is on an ASIN by ASIN basis do an analysis of what happened to the sales, and hey, is it a matter of conversions? Is it a matter of traffic? Where did we lose keyword rank? Where did search query performance, what keywords in search query performance stopped working for us? What are keywords that the competitors are actively getting sales from but I’m not anymore?Where did I go from top of search in keywords to completely fallen off the face of the earth? How did my Amazon advertising efficiency change? What keywords was I getting sales from actively in advertising but now have come to a screeching halt and a bunch more? The skill you’re gonna get is you’re gonna be able to put it into a Claude ChatGPT, and then you’re gonna be able to put in your own ASINs, and using the Helium 10 MCP, all of that research plus a lot more, you guys are going to get all of this info back in a report. And let me just show you guys the example of the ASIN that I ran just last night, all right?

Bradley Sutton:

So it asked me to put in an ASIN, and here it’s like it showed the sales. This is real data here. This is not a fake data here. Look at how the sales completely literally fell off a cliff over the last year. So we’re gonna go into it. Using AI Cloud here gave me like kind of like summary of what I’m seeing. It’s not just about the graphs, but it’s actually telling me some of the key moments that things happen. Here’s something interesting. Sessions completely went off the cliff, but look at this, conversions actually went up. So number one, hey, we don’t have like a listing problem. The conversions actually went up from, what is this, 4%, and now it’s staying steady between like 8 and 10%. But because the sessions have gone down, that’s why sales have gone down. And look here, Claude is telling me this, exactly what happened and when, all right? This is all part of the same skill, using the Helium 10 data, and the data is coming from Amazon and Helium 10.Here’s some of the top keywords in search query performance and the purchases, all right? So like here’s a keyword that was bringing us back last year. One keyword was bringing hundreds and hundreds of sales, and now look, it’s down to like below 20 sales a month from 300, all right? Here are some of the other top 10 keywords that haven’t gone down as much.

Bradley Sutton:

Here’s telling me it’s taking the search query performance, like here’s this one keyword where it says, hey, you know what? You had in the last 18 months, 357 sales. From this one keyword, groove writing books for kids three to five. But if we were to compare Q3 of 2025 with Q3 of 2026, sales went from 284 to two, right? And then it takes things a step further. Info you’re not gonna be able to get from Amazon. Look at this, it says, you know what? My organic rank in that time when my purchases were flying off the shelves was eight, my keyword rank. But now it’s 78, 78, that’s probably like page two, maybe middle of page two, almost getting to page three. All right, and so here it has all of the metrics that come from search query performance, and it’s telling me what’s going on with advertising. It looks like I’m not even, this account is not even advertising for this keyword. And so it’s breaking it down for all those keywords as well. What else is part of this report? I mean, like I said, it gives me a summary. Here, lost keywords and priority, all right? Like here’s the ones that’s like, hey, prioritize these keywords. You’ve gotta start advertising for it now because this is your lowest hanging fruit. Look at all these keywords and look at the, it’s giving an explanation about what’s going on and what happened with my impressions.

Bradley Sutton:

Here are the keywords I need to win back. What else do we have here? Here are the keywords, only a few, I’m not tracking in Keyword Tracker now. It’s saying, hey, start tracking it so you can check your progress. Where are your competitors who are now selling thousands? Well, you’re not. Where are they getting sales from? We’ve got some unique data points that nobody else has in the space where it’s looking at brand analytics and telling you where your competitors are getting sales from and where you’re not even in the picture. So look at this. Here’s a list of 150 keywords I have right there. Here’s the historical gap, more unique data that only Helium 10 has where it looked at my top competitors and told me month by month where were they getting sales from that I’m not getting sales from and what I need to do and how much search volume these keywords have. Here’s my ABA. Here’s my ads performance. You could see how my ACOS kind of started getting better, but now it’s getting worse. So all of this might seem like, my goodness, like if I was to have an agency do all of this information, which you can, you absolutely can. Like none of this you need, quote unquote, AI for. All of this data exists today in Helium 10. It existed last year in Helium 10. But do you know how long it would have taken guys to generate a report like this or how much you would have had to pay to take all these data points and give this analysis? It would have taken hours to put this together. You could do this in Seller Central, but these, that Brand Analytics, for example, each of those reports, I had 26 reports there. Each of those reports are 3 million lines of data in Excel. Can you imagine? I mean, I don’t even know how you would download that, let alone make it now a pivot table or VLOOKUP to put all of those reports together.

Jo:

You can’t, it will break.

Bradley Sutton:

You can’t, it would break. I tried, trust me guys, I tried once and I have a pretty powerful computer and it literally froze my computer. This skill runs in less than 10 minutes, guys.

So this we’re gonna give to you guys. With the replay, you guys will be able to download this skill and run it on yourself. Jo, what is something that you’re excited about in the world of AI? Maybe we didn’t talk about in the AI bootcamp because it’s fairly new, like something in the last few weeks. Have you been, like, I’ve been obsessed with Muse and I’m doing, as you guys heard, I’m doing a couple of trips over the next couple of weeks, one to Europe, and I think I’m taking a total of 20 flights in three weeks. And each flight is, or each stop, there’s different things I’m doing. Some I’m doing Uber, some I’m renting a car, and some I’m landing in one airport and going to another and I got hotels and stuff. And I was using AI to pretty much book everything, find me the cheapest ones. And so, like, that’s something I always, I love traveling. I’ve always been a control freak. No, I’m booking my own travel. I don’t want to use a travel agent. I’m going to look at my own Google flights and I have my own websites to use. This is the first time where I’m like, AI, I use the agent, you know, the Muse agent. I was like, take the wheel and find me the best stuff. And it was booking it for me and using my credit card and paying for it and having conversations with the customer service when something didn’t work out. And it was just amazing. So that’s what I’ve been geeking out lately. What about you? What is something that you’ve been geeking out with in the world of AI lately?

Jo:

Funnily enough, something similar in terms of concept, but slightly different in terms of, I guess, I guess UX or like how you interact. And that is one personal agent called Instinct AI. I actually wrote about this in the newsletter this week. And basically I was on a really big conference, just AI conference last month. And I had heard about this agent kind of like personal agent, but I hadn’t experimented. And all of the people there were like, wow, you have to try Instinct. I delegate all of my communication and everything that I organize with it. It’s amazing. And indeed, like, you know, I started just playing around with it. I am always on the cautious side. So I always like, I’m very sensible in terms of what I give access to, but like even just with like some sort of like specific email accounts and just certain sources that I gave it, it’s really amazing. And the, I guess the difference between let’s say this and Muse is that you don’t need to learn a new interface. You just simply can chat with it through Betsy WhatsApp. And I think this is really, really powerful because I think we right now in the last three years have had to adopt to so many different new interfaces. And I think people just, of course, AI is like new tool, new tool, new tool, new model. But I think there is a power in just like interacting with AI in a really seamless way without having to learn or think or choose another model. And I think Instinct does that. And so I think that’s a really interesting new way to actually interact and to like get outputs from AI.

Bradley Sutton:

I love it. I love it. All right, let me share Leo’s screen.

Leo:

Perfect. So guys, what I wanted to share with you today is we spoke about earlier, like something that is not necessarily related to Amazon, but obviously if you are selling online, you most likely have a website. And so in a world of AI where LLMs, such as tools like ChatGPT Claude, all the ones that we’re talking about is where majority of right now users are discovering or asking questions about products, services. And that’s where you are hoping to rank or be mentioned. Having a website that is optimized for search engines and obviously like Google is very important. And so what I wanted to share with you is a skill that I developed after days of trying to optimize my website for to increase the website core web vitals, which I’ll explain to you in a second what they are, to 100% in order to increase the website speed, which is very, very important when it comes to improving your overall traffic. And that is because ranking today or being crawled by these engines, whether it’s Google, Perplexity, Claude, you name it, is very, very expensive. There is this metric called cost of retrieval, which is how these engines basically calculate how much it’s going to cost them to retrieve information from your website. And so if your website is slow, which means that the spiders, these crawlers have to spend more time crawling it through in order to understand and fetch all these articles and information from it, guess what? They probably will abandon your site after two or three seconds and move on to the next one. And if it’s faster, then they’re just gonna crawl more pages in the same timeframe. And just last week, someone from Google actually released more info on this and they explained exactly how much time Google spends.

Leo:

And today, if you have watched what happened over time where the AI overviews have basically taken over, website owners are complaining about the fact that they’re no longer getting traffic from Google because everything is just displayed on the overview and people get information right there, being mentioned in the overview or LLMs is very, very important. So let’s just explain quickly what these core web vitals are, right? This is a set of three specific performance metrics based on the user experience that Google basically like calculates and uses to measure how fast responsive and visually stable the page is. So once you are able to score well, then obviously Google believes that your website provides a smooth, frustration-free user experience. And as a result, you will obviously rank better. It’s just simple screenshot of what this looks like once you go on Google PageSpeed. And so I’m gonna give you an example of what I did. Some of you might know I own a company called Splice.io. And so what I wanted to do is optimize my website for it. So when I first started to optimize it, you can see my performance score was a 41. And this screenshot, by the way, was taken already after I started to add some plugins. I use WordPress, add some plugins, improve PageSpeed, deliver content through CloudFront. You might be using CloudFlare or one of those. Anyway, you can see that the first contentful paint took 9.6 seconds to deliver. This is extremely slow. And if right now you’re used to getting these answers super fast from search engines, LLMs, you can just think of how long 10 seconds might feel, especially if you’re on a mobile device where if you’re not on Wi-Fi, maybe connection is already slower.

Leo:

So I needed to improve this in order for me to rank better. And so it took about two days. I was working on the website itself and trying to reduce the size of images. What is really sometimes right now, I guess a little bit more complex is the fact that with Claude, with Claude design, with all these tools, we are able to build super fancy, beautiful, beautifully looking animated websites. The problem with these websites is that they are heavy on browsers to process. And so what then Google sees is these JavaScripts, these animations that cause a lot of like, like slow down the website. And that’s what you want to focus. That’s what is actually harder to optimize. In my days of specializing in SEO, I was always like kind of fighting with the content team or with the user experience team, because for me it was important to just rank on Google, for them it was important to deliver a beautiful user experience. And so after optimizing a few things, I was able to go from the 43 to 71 on mobile, but I wasn’t happy, fully happy. I wanted to see like hundreds everywhere. And so I started working with Claude, giving me recommendations on what I needed to optimize. And I took it a step further. I actually gave Claude permissions to access my server. So I would love for you to do the same thing because that’s when you unleash superpowers. Now I understand that giving access to a server might be risky in a way, but if you’re just hosting your website on a $5 digital ocean droplet where there’s nothing else confidential there, take a backup, worst case scenario, just restore from backup. You’re not destroying anything. You’re not giving confidential data, but here’s the result of what I was able to achieve. 98% performance score. Overall, my website went from nine seconds to less than a second to load. Across the other metrics, 100, 100, 100.

Leo:

So SEO is 100, best practices, accessibility. On mobile is still a little bit harder to achieve 100%. And that is because on mobile, you have a smaller screen. So when you have smaller screens, Google complains about some elements being too close to each other. And so that is sometimes hard to solve on a mobile phone without necessarily like kind of breaking the user experience that you want to deliver on a mobile device. But I’m working towards in that. I didn’t spend too much time doing it because we are launching a new website today or tomorrow. So I will do that for the next one, but let’s get to the best part of it. The way you want to use this skill is by following these instructions I’m gonna share with you. So the first, you have to go to pagespeed.web.dev, which is Google’s official PageSpeed Insights tool that allows you to analyze your page speed. And so what I did after Google gave me these results here, this report, I downloaded this page. So you want to go to file in your Chrome and then download page S or save page S. That is going to basically download the full HTML. And the HTML comes with all the data that you’re seeing on the screen. And the reason why I do it this way today is because this tool doesn’t have an export feature. I cannot export the data. Now, there is one way you could do it. And we talk a lot about this. I don’t know if some of you here are part of the, like some elite members or diamond members, but we do host the monthly trainings. We go really deep into some of this stuff. So there is an API that you could connect that basically automates this process. But what do you want to do is download this HTML page and then you end up with two files, the HTML and the folder that contains all the images, all the data that you’ve downloaded from this page. And then step number two, you’re going to install the skill that I called PageSpeed Surgeon.Okay, PageSpeed Surgeon is going to work this way.

Leo:

You can go through all the details, obviously, once you download it, but it’s going to ask for your website. It’s going to ask you to upload this PageSpeed Insights report. And the Lighthouse is the API that you could potentially connect to Claude. So once you have that, you don’t have to download these files. And finally, it’s going to ask you, okay, do you want to focus more on mobile? Do you want to focus on desktop? And most importantly, it’s going to ask if there are any specific things on the website that you do not want to touch. Absolutely. For example, you have an affiliate referral program, that fires cookies on your website, and that has to fire instantly as soon as the website lands on that, the visitor lands on that page, or you might have a Meta or Google conversion pixel. There are things that you don’t want to touch. Absolutely, because these are very important for your Shopify store or WordPress, doesn’t matter what it is. And so as you start working with Claude, the first thing you say is, hey, here’s my report from PageSpeed Insights. I need you to use the PageSpeed Surgeon skill. My website is splice.io, and here’s the report, right? So Claude is now starting to analyze everything and say, okay, which flow must absolutely not break? And so in this case here, I said, okay, don’t touch my Google Tag Manager or Analytics. I have a few tools that I use. The signup forms, like don’t touch stuff that can break that might ruin my user experience. Everything else, go ahead and optimize it. And so what happens here now, Claude came back to me saying, okay, Mobile 71 with this speed, and here are some constraints that I discovered. So I’m not gonna touch your Google Tag Manager. I found out that your website is WordPress with Elementor, plus you have all these plugins. And so at the end, it starts to basically providing recommendations on what to fix, okay? So now what you can do at this point is take these recommendations to start optimizing your website yourself, or give Claude your server access and watch magic happen. Everything is going to be basically done by Claude, and I’ve done this before. Guys, it’s just beautiful to see work, and within probably an hour or so, you have a website that is faster. It’s just a joy to see load, and I’m pretty sure that then, obviously, your users will enjoy it as well. So yeah, guys, that was my gift for you today, and thank you.

Bradley Sutton:

Love it, I love it. All right, we’re gonna have that available in the replay that we’re gonna email you guys. Let me bring Jo back. Take it away.

Jo:

So mine is, my skill that I’m going to give you today is much simpler, but I think it’s also really, really essential because it’s actually, I would say, almost step one to how you need to start thinking about implementing AI into your business. And I have a kind of like a personal philosophy when it comes to AI. It’s very, I guess it’s very succinct, which is process over prompt. So you can have the best prompt and still not get a workable process that actually reflects what’s happening in your business. And so for me, the first step when it comes to like automating and building anything with AI is to understand what is like, what does the reality of your business look like in terms of how you do things at the moment? And how can we use AI to essentially build something that is as close as possible to what you do normally? And so the skill that I want to share with you today is essentially a way or a skill that essentially extracts all of this steps, step one, step two, step three, step five of your day-to-day processes,of the processes that let’s say your VA does, of your colleague do, and then helps you identify, okay, so from all of these, which ones are great candidates for skills, which should be done manually, which should be done as a cloud project, or which, for example, need much more of a connection with like different MCPs or much more sophisticated automations. But the gist of this and the value of this is you go through this process step-by-step and it doesn’t take very long, but once you have gone through that process with Claude to extract all of this information from your head or from your team’s heads, you can immediately start working with Claude to let’s say create a skill or to actually start working and automating that process.

Jo:

So it’s almost like a step one that leads very easy to step two, which is then building the thing. The first thing that I would say, you can actually like, you can do this both in ChatGPT and Claude. So I’ve built it in Claude because I use Claude a lot, but you can use exactly the same principle in ChatGPT. But the one like recommendation I would say to make this efficient is to build this within, firstly, within a Claude project or in a ChatGPT project, because this is going to be a repeatable flow. You don’t have just one process, you have many and you probably over time want to extract them step by step. And then that’s where like working within a project actually builds a memory and also builds kind of like a hygiene in your like AI workspace so that not everything is everywhere. So start by building yourself a new project, which is let’s say a process extractor project. And then this is the project instructions, which will basically then guide you through the entire process and they work together with the skill. So this is step one is like building this project. And then the second step is then to install the SOP Instructor skill, which is basically working and underpinning this project. So like, if you scan this, you download it and you basically see like all of the different questions. And of course, like, you know, this is my way to extract my, I guess my process from my head, but you can also work in like a minute the way you want it, but this is going to be a super easy way for you to extract this information that is underpinning your processes.

Jo:

Now, the next step, and this is obviously up to you and I’m not going to, this is a video to show you how this works, but sort of like a pro tip or like a easy bonus tip is install yourself something like WhisperFlow. You can do this also with using the voice function of ChatGPT or Cloud, but I’ve just found that like WhisperFlow is a great tool that you can use across any application. And so what I do here, and I’m going to show you in a second, just like a few minutes of this is basically instead of typing everything, which is most of the time a hassle and a bother and you can be bothered with this, Claude asked me a question and I just like answered vocally and then basically like transcribe it through WhisperFlow. And that way the process gets so much richer and also it gets to be done much faster. So like, here you go. All right, I want to document my listening optimization process. And so like I say what I want to document and then like Claude then goes backwards and forwards and ask me questions. The final step, and this is like just as important as the previous ones is to actually review what the SOP and the recommendations for this SOP is. And this is the thing, or like this process is, like any process is much more complex than maybe it looks at the beginning. And so the beauty of this skill is that it unearths where complexity is and also it gives you actual  recommendations as to which part of this process must be maybe like still done manually by your team and which ones are ripe candidates for automation or for like creating a skill or connecting like let’s say other different data sources. So don’t expect that you automate absolutely everything in your business with AI. I don’t think that’s necessarily a good advice, but think about which parts of your process are repeatable and don’t need so much, I guess like human thought and strategy and start with those. And this skill will help you with that.

Bradley Sutton:

I love it, I love it. All right, thank you very much. All right, guys, I’m gonna put together like a drop box where I’m gonna have all this, maybe like one PDF that’ll have links to the other downloads. So if you guys just caught up, do you remember that link for the YouTube video? We’ll throw it up there, h10.me/AI bootcamp. Guys, imagine 16 videos, all that have tutorials like we’ve been going over today with different tips and free skills. That’s what is gonna be in the free AI bootcamps.

Leo:

And please guys, when you start watching these videos, do leave feedback. If you guys comment on YouTube, we’ll learn more about what you guys like, what you don’t like, give us feedback, what are you looking for as the next content that we can share with you. And I think that’d be very helpful to us so that moving forward, obviously we can go and just deliver exactly what you’re looking for. So thank you guys, this means a lot to us. We had a lot of fun recording this and I hope you appreciate it.

Bradley Sutton:

Yes, yes, thank you guys. This is an ongoing thing and we’ll have more videos coming up. Three are out there now, 13 more coming and perhaps a future more. So thank you to Leo and Jo for all the hard work you guys put into preparing this content for everybody, not just today, but for the bootcamp. And thank you in advance for the future modules potentially we might be able to see. We’ll see everybody later. Bye bye now.
