Bradley Sutton:

Amazon is testing MCF with Prime. Walmart and TikTok shop sales are absolutely booming. Ten new AI features that will help your Amazon, Walmart or TikTok shop business. This and more on today’s episode. How cool is that? Pretty cool, I think. Hello, everybody, and welcome to another episode of the AM/PM podcast by Helium 10. I’m your host, Bradley Sutton, and this is the show. That is our Helium 10 Weekly Buzz, where we give you a rundown of all the goings on in the Amazon, TikTok shop and e-commerce world.

Bradley Sutton:

We let you know what new features Helium 10 has, and we also give a training tip of the week. So let’s get started and see what’s buzzy. All right, guys, not too much going on in the world of e-commerce today, but I got three cool stories plus ten new features that I want to share with you that I think are going to bring you guys a lot of value. So make sure to stay until the end.

Bradley Sutton:

All right, let’s hop into it. I don’t know how many of you guys got this email, but if you look at this email, it says as an existing MCF multichannel fulfillment from Amazon customer, you have now early access to MCF with Prime, a new feature that lets you offer fast free delivery for Prime members on your e-commerce site. Now, the first thing I’m wondering is like, how does this differ from what was that program called from like a couple of years ago? Buy with Prime, right? You know, that was for Shopify, right?

Bradley Sutton:

You just integrate it and then you can have a Prime badge on there. But it says here that, hey, you’re going to be able to have the trust of Prime while maintaining your existing checkout experience. Shoppers don’t even need to sign in to their Amazon account to receive Prime delivery. And there you have it. I think like a buy with Prime, you had to like sign in and check out even with Amazon potentially, or at least sign in for all your data. But remember, you guys might have MCF built into, you know, your TikTok shop orders or built into your website automatically completely different from buy with Prime.

Bradley Sutton:

Now you can actually have the Prime logo. It says this feature is currently available at no extra costs beyond your existing MCF fulfillment and surcharge rates. All right. Now I went in just to regular MCF, and I wasn’t sure what kind of speed I was getting before. If I do a manual MCF order, but if I hit like show more speeds, I actually do see like a next day shipping, you know, like priority shipping. 14 bucks. Just crazy. And it’ll deliver in one day. Now, is this, you know, the Prime delivery? I’m not sure. But what they’re saying is, hey, if I had the integration like on a website or something, I can actually choose this Prime delivery. So let me know.

Bradley Sutton:

Anyone else get that message? Is this something you guys would leverage? Does it seem redundant because of the buy with Prime option? Or do you like this action because it doesn’t require the buyers to like have to sign into their Amazon account and things like that? So something a little interesting here. Let me know if you guys think this will actually see the light of day or might die in its beta.

Bradley Sutton:

Next story is from Fox Business, and it’s entitled Walmart e-commerce sales surge. A CEO touts price, speed and convenience. Says here the retailers U.S. e-commerce sales climbed 24% in the second quarter. It also says, hey, Sam’s Club U.S., a major division owned by Walmart, also saw strong e-commerce growth. You know, I don’t hear people talking too much about, you know, Sam’s Club e-commerce, but sales up 26%. Even Walmart International, you know, it’s just not just Walmart dot com.

Bradley Sutton:

You know, you can there’s Walmart, other websites like Canada, Mexico, etc. And it says here that e-commerce sales internationally up 19% as well. So, guys, if you’ve been sleeping on Walmart, it’s not matching Amazon sales per se. There are some categories, some products that you can actually sell more on Walmart than Amazon. But for the most part, you know, we all know it’s it’s Amazon sells more. That’s nothing to be ashamed about if you’re Walmart.

Bradley Sutton:

But hey, guys, especially with what I just talked about, you know, the MCF, Amazon MCF, like you, if you’re not selling on Walmart yet, you just need to connect it to your Amazon. You don’t need to send inventory to Walmart. You just want to test it out. You don’t even have to fulfill your own orders, you know, like the old days connected to your Amazon MCF, maybe even turn on that prime if you wanted to. I actually wouldn’t suggest that because shipping is kind of expensive for the prices you’d have to offer, but give it a try. Use the Helium 10 tools to, you know, do keyword research, manager, advertising, et cetera. But Walmart sales are booming.

Bradley Sutton:

Speaking of booming sales, the next article is from Business Insider and it’s about TikTok. It says TikTok shop is driving more online sales in the U.S. than Target and other major retailers. This is based on data from July. It says U.S. spending on its TikTok shop e-commerce platform was greater than Target, Costco and Home Depot.  All right. So TikTok shop is rising up the ranks. It actually accounted for two percent of online U.S. retail spending last month. You might think, well, that’s nothing. But just a year ago, it was at one percent. So again, guys, I ask you, if you’re not selling on TikTok shop, what’s holding you back? Once again, you do not need to, you know, fulfill your own inventory.

Bradley Sutton:

You do not need to send to fulfill by TikTok. If you’re just trying to feel it out, connect it to your MCF. You can actually do that inside of Helium 10. Connect your FBA inventory via MCF to TikTok shop and fulfill your orders right there. Give the platform a try, guys, because sales are booming just like on Walmart. Speaking of, I just want to throw something out there. I just talked about Amazon, TikTok shop, Walmart. What about Shopify? How many of you are selling on Shopify? How many of you are interested in selling on Shopify? Let us know.

Bradley Sutton:

Maybe we can make some tools for you. If you guys are interested to be interviewed by our head of product at Helium 10, who’s looking into Shopify, please send an email to my assistant [email protected]. Say, hey, I’m down to be interviewed by Helium 10 to talk about my Shopify sale. So if you guys have been selling on Shopify and you want to, you know, lend us your insights and let us know what kind of tools you’d like us to to make for you, that will maybe save you some money, help you make more money. We’d love to talk to you. Speaking of tools that can help save and make you money.

Bradley Sutton:

Let’s get into our new features of the week. There are 10 plus new features that Helium 10 released. This is just two weeks after we released 12 new features. The product team is going crazy here at Helium 10. Let me go over all of this. Get your pen out, guys. Every single one of this is what you guys were asking for once you saw our MCP release. And we’re bringing it to you.

Bradley Sutton:

The first thing I want to talk about, this is something near and dear to my heart because this is a project I’ve been asking for for a long time is the seller pulse. All right. So on your dashboard, guys, you now have at the very top this seller pulse widget. If you don’t see this, I think this is up to diamond and up now. I’m not sure it might be platinum. It might be platinum, if not platinum. Yeah, I know it’ll come. If you don’t see it, just hit this ad chart and then choose the seller pulse from this ad charts section. But what it is, it’s giving you a near real time look at your orders. So this is what I highly suggest you guys be checking out throughout the day.

Bradley Sutton:

This is what I do. I’m like, I look into this to see, hey, I know about how much orders I should have by noon, by 2 p.m., by 5 p.m. I want to see, am I really low compared to yesterday? Am I really high? If it’s really high, is something going viral? It might make me check if it’s really low. I’m like, oh, shoot, something wrong with my account or is visibility OK? I check this like maybe 10 times a day, both our the order feed and this seller pulse. Now, the seller pulse, it includes, you know, what is today’s sales? Or you can go today, yesterday or even look at last 24 hours.

Bradley Sutton:

How many orders, how many units sold? And then I can choose other metrics to kind of like park itself in the seller pulse. I could do ad spend. I can do cost per click, ad sales, impressions, conversion rate, tacos. I can select a time selection. Do I want to compare today versus yesterday? The same hours? That’s pretty cool. So like if I’m looking at it, 12 p.m., it’s going to tell me how much I’m up or down over yesterday by 12 p.m. That’s pretty cool. That’s something new. And so check this out, guys. Add which metrics you want to look at.

Bradley Sutton:

This is almost real time. And it’s accurate. If you’re wondering, how can I compare to make sure this healing to numbers are correct? Go into your seller central account, right? If you’re looking at today’s order, just look under the global snapshot sales and match. You’ll see I have here yesterday. So if you want to look at yesterday’s sales, just click in seller central, the global snapshot hit the United States or whatever country you’re looking at. And then, for example, I’m going to go in here and hit yesterday. Let’s take a look at healing tense.

Bradley Sutton:

Number is correct. It says twenty nine orders, nine hundred and forty one dollars and ten cents worth of sales. Let’s look in helium ten nine hundred and forty one dollars and ten cents. Twenty nine hours. So that’s like a near real time feed. You guys now have in Seller Pulse. And guys, it’s not just Amazon. You can do the same for tick tock and also for Walmart right here, here in your seller pulse. So make sure to start using that.

Bradley Sutton:

Next up in Helium 10 ads, MCP. We’ve got a number of new features. The first one I want to talk about is ads right capability. This is now launched to everybody who has MCP. At first, it was only for elite members. Now it’s up to Diamond and everybody. So basically, I can create campaigns with the MCP. I can add targets to a campaign. And this is like next level, guys, because what have I been showing you for the last, like, what, two months with the MCP?

Bradley Sutton:

I’ve been showing you different skills and things like, hey, find these keywords that I’m performing well in search query performance or I’m not performing well in search query performance, but my competitors are or find me keywords from historical Cerebro where I was ranking highly for. But now I’m not, you know, so I’m not getting visible. And then what do you do with that information? Right. Well, you go to your advertising campaigns, you increase bids or add targets to a campaign. Maybe you didn’t have a target.

Bradley Sutton:

Now, if you’ve been doing this research in the MCP and you get this list of keywords, you can say, hey, tell me which of these keywords I’m not targeting the exact campaign. And I’ll tell you which ones. And you say, hey, add it to my campaign. At a dollar bid, that’s crazy, guys, you don’t have to go into even Helium 10 ads anymore, so you can manage your advertising and add things direct from the Helium 10 MCP using Claude, chat, GPT, et cetera. A new another new thing. We now have Walmart ads in the MCP.

Bradley Sutton:

All right. So I can import all my Walmart data if I’m managing advertising in Helium 10 for Walmart. Now I can go into the MCP and ask questions about what’s going on and also write to my campaigns from there. So there’s two new features right available for all Diamond members now in Helium 10 or for Helium 10 ads for our MCP. Next up, something non MCP related, but the info is available in MCP. If you go into Helium 10 Profits, we now have new visibility into your B2B metrics. All right. B2B is your business. All right.

Bradley Sutton:

Hopefully you guys have that activated. Here’s a strategy for you guys right now. If you did not activate B2B pricing and you’ve got a product that businesses might like, you might be leaving money on the table. All right. So a lot of businesses, when they shop the search results, they’re looking for those discounts that businesses get when they register as a business. And so if you do not have B2B pricing set up, it’s potentially you could be showing up, you know, further down in search results than your competitors who do have it.

Bradley Sutton:

And at the very least, your conversion and click through rate might not be good if your competitors have it. And you don’t. All right. So this is something that you should have. If you do have it, you might be wondering, how am I doing on your B2B sales? Well, guys, now in profits, you can go into your profit and loss section and there will be now columns where you can see, hey, what are your B2B ordered items? All right. And how does it break down compared to B2C? Like in this hemp account, not many companies are buying or businesses are buying this hemp cream.

Bradley Sutton:

There is twelve hundred and sixty nine orders B2C, you know, just a regular customers and only 17 orders B2B. I might want to track this over time. Now you can do it here in Helium 10 profits brand new. What I want you guys to do, everybody go into your Helium 10 profits. Click this P&L. Go to this and let me know. Take a look back at your current quarter. Let me know what your ratio is. Anybody beat this one where you almost have no B2B orders?

Bradley Sutton:

Hopefully you guys are beating me the other way. You got a bigger percentage. Let me know in the comments below what your B2B orders were compared to your B2C on your number one seller. One more thing. Another new release here in profits. If you go to the inventory levels pages, not the inventory management page and you reauthorize your Amazon account, if you’re using a WD, all users again, elite had this before. Now it’s to all users. If you guys are using a WD, you’re going to see a WD columns. You’re going to see a WD inbound.

Bradley Sutton:

A WB, a WD to FBA in transit, et cetera, et cetera. You’re going to have visibility of that before. Helium 10 was only showing you what’s available in FBA. Now we’re showing you a WD as well. Now back to the MCP, probably my favorite, potentially one of my favorite ads of the week, because this is critical. I mean, those ads, right? Capabilities is pretty next level. But this one may be a second best. When you are doing your keyword research, trying to find good keywords, keywords that you’ve fallen off, keywords, your competitors are beating you on keywords you didn’t even know relevant to your account.

Bradley Sutton:

You’re doing all this keyword research in the MCP, right? You might come up with a list of keywords like here’s something I was doing for this hemp account where I was looking at, hey, where’s my spend? And my a cost is low. You know, these might be good keywords. Well, what would you want to do if you’re going to increase your bids on keywords?

Bradley Sutton:

What do you want to see? Well, you obviously want to see, hey, I increased the bid. Did my keyword rank my sponsored keyword rank increase? You’re going to want to start tracking your organic rank if you’re not already like, hey, I’m investing money in advertising on this keyword. The goal is for your you know, the ultimate goal is for your organic rank to increase, right? Well, how do you track organic and sponsored rank with keyword tracker?

Bradley Sutton:

So what have I been telling you guys the last two months to do? Hey, hey, you know, copy these keywords. Go ahead and paste it in your keyword tracker. No more, guys. We have right capabilities for our MCP for keyword tracker. So I can have this list of keywords and I can say, hey, all of the above keywords check if I’m tracking it in keyword tracker and the ones that I’m not.

Bradley Sutton:

Go ahead and add it to my keyword tracker for that product. You just say that and boom goes the dynamite. It’ll be done. You can actually create start tracking products. Maybe you weren’t tracking your own product or a competitor product. You can say, hey, Helium 10, start tracking in keyword tracker this product and add these 10 keywords to the tracker.

Bradley Sutton:

Boom goes the dynamite. You’re done. So super cool, guys. I want you to try it out. Quick homework. Go into the MCP, find some keywords and that are that are related to your product and then ask it. Say, hey, please check keyword tracker if I am tracking all of these keywords and if not, add it to my keyword tracker and tell me if that works. All right. Next, shout out to Jason from Prime Team Agency.

Bradley Sutton:

I bet you he’s going to like this one. But you now can have the review insights tool in the MCP. All right. This is coming direct from Amazon’s data in Product Opportunity Explorer, but now available in the MCP. So you can like import this data in ways that you haven’t been able to before. Right. So here’s the basic way this hemp roll on. Maybe I want to see, hey, what does the review analysis say for this product? So let’s go ahead and do that.

Bradley Sutton:

I’m going to say get review analysis of this ASIN. So here it goes. Look at this. This is all coming from Amazon. Guys, look at this. It says, hey, the topic efficiency. There are six mentions, zero star rating impact. But here’s one joint pain relief. All right. That had a positive one point four five. So that’s like very like strong, affecting the the star rating. In other words, if you removed all the reviews about joint pain relief, the review might go down one point four five.

Bradley Sutton:

All right. So here’s a sample quote. My knees feel so much better throughout the day. Now, obviously, I can just take, you know, since I’m using Claude here, I can take this to the next level and start asking it for analysis. Hey, give me some suggestions on something I should change with the listing, et cetera, et cetera. It actually does give me Claude here is giving me some takeaways based on these reviews.

Bradley Sutton:

Here’s another cool thing. I’m going to say now I want it to compare this ASIN to like the category review analysis. So I’m saying, hey, compare the review analysis of this ASIN that I just checked to the category review analysis of for this product. And I specify the subcategories. And I’m not even saying what subcategory it’s in because I don’t even know. So but the Helium 10 MCP is smart enough, I hope, to actually go look for the product.

Bradley Sutton:

And I can see it here. It says I’m going to find a way to find this product subcategory note. So now it’s looking for the subcategory and now it’s going to compare with some review analysis for whatever subcategory this is in. And here we go. It says, hey, it’s covering the same window from February to August. It’s in the alternative pain release subcategory. And here it goes. It’s comparing my reviews with the category overall. It shows me the negative themes, gives me the bottom line here.

Bradley Sutton:

So really cool stuff, guys. Take this for a spin. Those of you who use the MCP might help you in your product research, might help you on your own products, trying to see, you know, where you’re superior to the category, where maybe you’ve got some room to improve, et cetera. So again, review insights now available in MCP. Next up for new features in the MCP, TikTok shop tools. All right, guys.

Bradley Sutton:

A lot of people don’t even know that Helium 10 has a full suite of TikTok shop tools for finding influencers, contacting them, looking at top products, looking at top videos, et cetera, et cetera. So the first one is the search TikTok influencers. So look at this. What I said here, I said, search TikTok influencers for influencers related to Gothic decor or macabre keyword or coffin shelf keywords that have generated at least $1,000 GMV in the last 30 days. You know, maybe I want to reach out to these TikTokers. Maybe I want to check out their profiles, see what kind of videos they’re posting.

Bradley Sutton:

And sure enough, it went ahead and looked at our Helium 10 database and pulled out. Here’s a here’s a creator with the hash or the the username of Horror Banshee. Eighty three thousand dollars sold in the last 30 days. Two thousand six hundred units sold. Twenty two thousand followers. The niche is, quote, everything spooky.

Here’s another one who sold five thousand dollars. Their niche gothy decor. You think these would be good, you know, creators to reach out to try and make a video about our coffin shelves or bat shaped bath mats? You better believe it. So pretty cool. You can find influencers right here in the Helium 10 MCP.

Bradley Sutton:

All right. The next TikTok shop tool is our search product tool. All right. So look at this prompt I did. And these prompts, guys, you can copy and use the same prompt. Just change it to whatever your needs are. Look at this one says, show me the top ten products on TikTok shop that are PDRN beauty products that have generated more than forty thousand dollars GMV in the last 30 days. And here it goes. It puts in a descending order.

Bradley Sutton:

Look at all these MediCube products. I wonder why they’re doing well. Hmm. Could it be that because MediCube uses Helium 10? Hmm. Look at that. So, I mean, look at this product that MediCube is doing. MediCube PDRN pink collagen jelly eye mask. Fifteen million dollars of GMV generated in 30 days. That’s ridiculous, guys. And you haven’t started selling on TikTok shop yet. Anyways, MediCube is absolutely crushing it.

Bradley Sutton:

Here’s a bio nets product. I’m not sure if they use Helium 10 or not. Maybe they do. But here’s the top product. So like maybe I want to go into a certain niche and say, hey, who’s crushing it? And then what’s the next step? If I see one of these products, I could be like, hey, the next prompt I could do is and this is the next new feature releases. Hey, for this MediCube PDRN pink collagen jelly eye masks. Give me the show me the videos that generated the highest GMV in the last 30 days.

Bradley Sutton:

And then I could even ask, hey, of these videos that generated all this GMV, who are the creators that made these videos? I mean, the possibilities are endless here, guys. So those of you selling on TikTok shop, if you didn’t know that Helium 10 has always had a suite of tools for TikTok shop, go ahead and give it a spin. Test drive right here in the MCP. All right. All of you guys who have been using the MCP, you’ve already been sending me messages.

Bradley Sutton:

Hey, I already use up all my Helium 10 credits. How can I get more? Well, because of that, we went ahead and added it. So just put your mouse over your name in the top right of Helium 10 and then select plans and billing. Scroll down. You’ll see a section called MCP so you can add more packs of credit if you guys need to use more credit and it will be added to your plan.

Bradley Sutton:

Oh, let me catch my breath. A lot of new features, more than 10 this week, guys. I don’t know what’s going to happen next week. I don’t know how we can keep up this speed of delivering features. But next week, Carol will be back. There’ll be definitely more new features. There’ll be more e-commerce news. Where can you see all this? Only here on the Weekly Buzz. So tune in next week, guys, to see what’s buzzing.
