Harvest SQP Keywords with AI
Bradley introduces the new Search Query Performance Outperformer Skill for the Helium 10 MCP, designed to uncover high-opportunity keywords by analyzing a full year of SQP data and identifying terms where your product converts better than the market. The skill cross-checks Keyword Tracker, Cerebro, and Helium 10 Ads to find outperforming keywords you aren’t tracking, keywords with weak organic or sponsored visibility, and advertising opportunities where you should add a target or increase your bid. What could take an hour of manually downloading and comparing reports can be completed in about a minute, and with the new Helium 10 Ads write capabilities available to Elite members and coming soon to Diamond, the MCP can even implement keyword and bid changes for you. To get the skill, comment “I need the SQP Outperformer Skill” below and we’ll send you the download link.

New AI Agent For Amazon Keyword Research
Helium 10 has launched Helium, its new built-in AI agent, in beta for Diamond members and above. Think of it as having an AI assistant like ChatGPT or Claude directly inside Helium 10, without needing an outside subscription or using external AI tokens. Because Helium connects directly to Helium 10 data, it can quickly run analyses across tools like Cerebro, Search Query Performance, Keyword Tracker, and Helium 10 Ads, helping identify keyword gaps, analyze sales and conversion performance, compare listings with competitors, audit advertising, and more. Helium is also being built with Helium 10-specific knowledge, allowing it to proactively surface insights and opportunities beyond what you explicitly ask. Future capabilities are expected to include custom dashboards, scheduled tasks, and more advanced workflows. Diamond and Elite members can find “Ask Helium” inside Helium 10 and start testing the beta now.

Carrie Miller:

Amazon limiting written reviews for customers to read, Helium 10 MCP hackathon contest with big prizes, and new Helium 10 chat GPT plugin. This and more on this week’s episode of The Weekly Buzz. How cool is that? Pretty cool, I think. Hello, everybody, and welcome to another episode of the AM/PM Podcast by Helium 10. I’m your host, Keri Miller, and this is the show that is our Helium 10 Weekly Buzz, where we give you a rundown of all the goings on in the Amazon TikTok shop and e-commerce world. We let you know what new features Helium 10 has, and we also give you a training tip of the week.

Carrie Miller:

So let’s get started and see what’s buzzing. All right, let’s go ahead and get into the first piece of news. Now, this is kind of interesting. I think people have been talking about this for a little while, but I thought it would be interesting to talk about since there’s a new article about it that’s kind of confirming this. But a lot of shoppers have been reporting that Amazon is actually limiting the reviews that they can actually read. It’s been reported for the last few months, but some of them have said, like it says right here, I’m only seeing eight reviews for every product. So that is definitely an issue for sellers because a lot of times customers do like to read through reviews and have a lot of information. I think, and actually this article actually does say that Amazon’s limiting this because they don’t want people scraping reviews from the site.

Carrie Miller:

So they’re kind of limiting the actual written reviews that are shown. So if you look down in this article a bit more, it talks about some things that, you know, could be an issue with this and hopefully Amazon will fix it. But, you know, buyers aren’t going to be trusting the product as much. They might not understand some of the things that maybe reviews will kind of enlighten them on. Like, for example, if something is, you know, actually runs big, if it’s an outfit or something like that, there’s a lot of times the reviews really help the consumer to choose the product and then also you make sure it’s the right product for them. So this could be quite an issue.

Carrie Miller:

And I’m wondering if you all have seen this. I know before you used to be able to see thousands of reviews, but now they limited to 100 officially. And then now it looks like people are seeing very, very few reviews on their actual listings. And this is something just to be aware of. And, you know, it’s probably important to make sure that you have enough information written into your actual listing so that all these questions are answered. So it might be time to kind of refine your listings to account for this and make sure that you have all the kind of customer sentiment also included in your actual listing itself and the enhanced brand content.

Carrie Miller:

And next up, I’m very excited to announce a hackathon contest. And this is for anyone who uses Helium 10 or has used the Helium 10 MCP tool. And what this hackathon contest is, is you’re basically going to submit your best skill from Claude, a Claude skill basically, or your best prompt. And what you need to do is you basically submit this skill, you write a description of the actual skill or the prompt, and then also maybe you can give some example outputs so that we can kind of understand better what it is your skill does without having to necessarily run through all of them. So basically what we’re going to do is we’re going to take all of these submissions and the judges are going to look through them. And we’re looking for skills that really helps sellers to be more efficient, you know, utilize Helium 10 data better, do things that you really couldn’t have been able to do before the MCP, save time, save money, you know, increase sales, all those types of things.

Carrie Miller:

We’re looking for all kinds of, you know, different types of skills, and you’re going to submit them on the link. And we’ll actually attach the link to the description here, but it’ll also be on the screen here for the link to the actual submission to the contest. So make sure to submit those by September 1st. Okay. So September 1st is the actual deadline. We’re going to have a webinar on September 3rd. And that is where we’re going to present these live. Now, if you are one of the finalists that we choose, because we’re going to choose some finalists to present the best skills that we’ve seen, the finalists are going to have the opportunity if they want to, to present their own skill or their own prompt. Now you don’t have to do that if you want us to do it.

Carrie Miller:

And so that’s fine, but it is a good opportunity for you really can convince the audience that the prizes are huge. Okay. So the first prize for the skill is you can win a whole annual diamond plan, plus a $200 Amazon gift card. The second prize is six months free of the diamond plan with a $100 Amazon gift card. And third place is three months of the helium 10 diamond planned and $50 gift card. And then if you win the prompt, then you’ll get three months free of the helium 10 diamond plan plus a $50 gift card. So they’re amazing prizes. Now, obviously the, the largest prize is up to about $4,500 in value. So this is a really great, great contest.

Carrie Miller:

So if you have some really amazing skills that you’ve created using the helium 10 MCP, you’re definitely going to want to submit those so that you can get in the running for these incredible prizes. And we’re really excited to be able to, you know, take a look at all of the things that you’ve been creative enough to come up with for your business and share those with our audience so that, you know, we can all kind of work together. I know we’ve had some requests, even when I was on some one-on-ones with elite members is they actually want to know what other people are doing. So this is really helpful because sellers can, you know, can help each other with strategies and things like that. So that, you know, you can kind of get more into the MCP, understand a bit better how to utilize it, and then even become even more creative once you’ve seen other, you know, other people utilize it, then it’s going to kind of spark your creativity. So I think this is going to be amazing.

Carrie Miller:

So remember to submit your skills or your prompts, or you can do both if you want to, by the September 1st deadline. And again, that webinar is going to be on September 3rd. It’s going to be at 8 a.m. Pacific. So a lot of people who are in Europe, you should be able to join because it’ll be just kind of in the evening time for you. So we look forward to that. And I look forward to seeing all of your submissions. All right, next up, we have some more information about the de minimis exemption. Now, if you remember a few months back, or maybe it’s been a year, I don’t remember how long it’s been, but Trump did an executive order to basically stop all this. And what the de minimis exception was is that you could import up to $800 worth of goods and not have to pay taxes.

Carrie Miller:

So this was causing a lot of issues within our system, our postal system, because, for example, if something was coming from China, it was trying to post that our postal system was having to pay for it. There were no taxes being withheld for this. And so there was a lot of cost involved on our side for logistics as well. So there were a lot of reasons why this was basically, you know, stopped, but there was someone who wanted to kind of contest it. And if you want to take a look at this article, it says the plaintiff, it says here is Detroit Axel is a family run auto parts distributor. And basically, they were importing to Mexico and not having to pay taxes. And then they were shipping the smaller orders from Mexico. But they basically lost this and the court is citing on the executive order. And so that is something to, you know, keep in mind that it’s probably not going to come back.

Carrie Miller:

Europe has also done the same thing. They’ve gotten rid of these exemptions because it does cost money when these items come into the country. So it’s really not something that can be maintained. If you are hoping that it would come back, I think you need to kind of just plan on it not coming back if you were utilizing it. I know it’s kind of, you know, nice. I know a lot of sellers probably utilize this, but it’s just not going to be feasible for the future. So I think that you need to plan accordingly, make sure your pricing is adjusted to help, you know, with the tariff costs or just like import taxes in general. So yes, that is the update on the court case with the de minimis exemption.

Carrie Miller:

Okay, next up, we actually have a lot of really cool Helium 10 news hackathon. Now we have the Helium 10 ChatGPT plugin. Okay, so this is my ChatGPT. And where are you going to go to find the plugin is you’re just going to click on plugins and you’ll just search Helium 10 and you’ll be able to find our Helium 10 ChatGPT plugin and you can just add it right there. This is pretty big news for anyone who is on the diamond plan or above, that is, you know, really interested in using ChatGPT as opposed to Claude or maybe you want to use both, because this is going to pull in all the data from Helium 10 as well. So you can basically now access, you know, the full MCP Helium 10 experience directly inside of ChatGPT. And you don’t need to do anything else other than just install this plugin.

Carrie Miller:

So basically, it’s as easy as that install it. And there’s a lot of things that you can do. So there’s 70 different tools that this covers. It has keyword research, product research, competitor analysis, listing optimization, historical price, MBSR data, historical rank, historical search volume, all that great data, you know, sales velocity, profits and loss, your cost of goods, your ads reporting, inventory, all that stuff is going to be in here. So you can utilize it. And you can sort through the data so much easier and faster with this connection. And I know that ChatGPT now has Codex, which is kind of like their co-work. So this could be something really cool that you utilize with ChatGPT now. If you prefer ChatGPT over Claude, this is a great tool.

Carrie Miller:

No longer need to download those reports for ChatGPT. You can basically just pull it all straight in through this plugin and get the Helium 10 data that you want in ChatGPT. Now this is super helpful because you want to prevent hallucinations where basically ChatGPT might just make up something on your behalf if you’re asking a question. This is actually going to be able to pull in your actual Helium 10 data, Amazon data to give you the right information when you prompt it. So something to keep in mind is this actually counts as the same 1,000 call MCP limit per billing cycle. And so that is something just to remember that’s 1,000 call limit. And that is basically combined with the other MCPs that you have. So if you want to try it out, just again, search for Helium 10 in ChatGPT in the plugin store, install it and connect your account. And you can start asking all those great questions and analyzing that data.

Carrie Miller:

Okay, next up we have that Amazon Seller Central is basically changing the authorization for service providers. Okay, so this is, I’m not going to go into details about this, but we have the article linked below and I wanted to bring it to your attention because there’s just a new process for it. But then also it says here in September, sellers will receive communication requiring them to reauthorize your services access to their seller central account through the new authorization process. So if you have providers that are helping you with your account, you’re going to have to reauthorize them. And also if you’re a provider, you want to make sure that anyone who you’re providing services for, that they actually reauthorize you. So it goes in this article about how to set it up and how to do everything.

Carrie Miller:

So you can utilize this as a reference if you are a service provider, or if you are utilizing service providers and you need some support with that. But that is just something to keep in mind that this whole verification is actually changing a little bit. All right, and next up, we have a brand new MCP skill with Bradley. These are always so good. He always has some really great things to share with you. So go ahead and take it away, Bradley.

Bradley Sutton:

Hey, guys, I’ve got a new skill for the Helium 10 MCP. Really amazing has to do with search query performance. I call it the search query performance outperformer skill. All right, so what it does, you enter in one of your ASINs, it looks back at entire year of search query performance data. It looks for any keyword that you’ve gotten at least three sales. And then of those keywords, it’s isolating the ones that your conversion rate outperforms the market. In other words, that’s why I call it the outperformers. But in other words, let’s say your conversion rate was 12.3, the market was 9.7. You’re converting at a better rate than everybody else, you know, on average. OK, then the first thing it does is it checks to see if these keywords are in keyword tracker inside of Helium 10.

Bradley Sutton:

So now we’re already using two different tools. And then the ones that aren’t in keyword tracker, it is designed to give you a quick copy button so you can paste it directly into keyword tracker so you can start tracking these. Right. The next step is it’s looking at both keyword tracker and or cerebral where you’re currently ranking. And it’s taking an average rank of the last seven days. And it’s basically looking for any of these outperforming keywords that you are ranked less than organic rank 15 on average over the last seven days.

And you’re ranking outside of the top five sponsored positions. And then it’s taking those keywords and checking your Helium 10 ads. So for those of you who have Helium 10 ads inside of Helium 10, it’ll check it and see, hey, are there any of these keywords you’re not even targeting at all in advertising? It’s going to tell me to add it to a campaign. And for the ones that I am targeting, but I’m not ranking very high, it’s going to suggest, hey, raise the bid 15 cents to see if you can get that sponsored rank up. Coolest thing about it is I’ll save it to the end, but we’ll watch this in action.

Bradley Sutton:

All right, it says, please run the SQP our converter skill on this ASIN. It went through and look, there’s actually 71 keywords that I wasn’t tracking in keyword tracker. I probably might want to like narrow this down to like keywords above a certain search volume. But here I can just click this one button to copy it and paste it over. And what else did it find here? It found 64 keywords that were underexposed, not in top 15 organic and not top five sponsored. So it gave me a list of A, a group of keywords that I need to add. Look at that. I got CBD roll on, hemp roll on, pain relief, extra strength, and some more here. And then another list right here, a CSV file, it gave me of 32 keywords where I need to raise the bid to see if I can increase it. So boom, like guys, this would have taken a long time if I was just trying to do this manually. I mean, if I just had seller central, it would take me an hour to probably download 12 different reports and sift through them and then start comparing them to Helium 10.

Bradley Sutton:

But this did it in just like a minute or less. And now here’s the thing. This is actually now kind of like a new feature alert for Helium 10 elite members and soon coming out to dime members. The, we have right capability, right as in W R I T E for Helium 10 ads. So look at this, what it is asking me here. Look what it says here. Hey, Helium 10 ads, right capabilities available. I can implement this. Do you want, how do you want to proceed? So adding those keywords to the campaign, increasing the bid 15 cents on these 36 different targets that are in probably like seven different campaigns. I could just say, yes, implement it. And it’s going to go ahead and do that. How cool is that guys? That’s pretty cool. I think so guys, this is a new skill comment down below. I need the SQP out converter skill. We’ll go ahead and send you the link to it so you can download it. And again, like I said, this is also a new feature alert where elite members, you guys now have access to right capabilities with the Helium 10 ads MCP.

Bradley Sutton:

All right. I actually have one more new feature alert for you guys, and this is for diamond and up, and this is the launch in beta of the Helium 10. I want to call it a super agent.

It’s called Helium 10 AI Agent. All right. So guys, you can check down below on your screen or on the top, it’ll say ask Helium, or at the bottom, you’ll see this like really cool kind of like gizmo little logo that you can like drag around. This is the new Helium 10 AI agent. This is an agent inside of Helium 10 and it’s called Helium. Now, under what circumstances would you use it? Let’s say you’ve been using the Helium 10 MCP and you love it, but you’re like, man, I don’t want to keep using up all my tokens with cloth. You cost money, right? ChatGPT cost money.

Bradley Sutton:

This is like having ChatGPT or Claude inside of Helium 10. It’s not even using, you don’t have to have any outside subscriptions, or maybe you’re like, oh, this, this Helium 10 MCP, it sounds so cool, but I don’t want to have to go by Claude to use it. Guess what guys? You now have an AI agent inside of Helium 10. Now this is just in its infancy guys later. It’s going to be so robust where it’s going to know all of these processes and stuff. But if you guys want to get your feet wet, just hit the button. And then there’ll be this authorization required. Make sure to read this guys to understand, you know, what this is about. And if you agree, just hit approve and continue. And if you see this message, your usage of the agent is limited, contact the account holder. That means you’re in a sub account like I am right now.

Bradley Sutton:

So I’m going to go to another main account here. So this AI agent it’s in beta right now, but basically think of it like having Claude or ChatGPT in your Helium 10 browser, you’re not having to get an extra subscription or use up your tokens. And eventually guys, this is going to be very robust. It’s going to have all these skills built in and all the knowledge of Helium 10 built in. But for now, we just want you guys to like start, you know, getting used to it and play with it. Use it like you would use Claude. And it’s going to be a lot faster even than the Helium 10 MCP because it’s a direct connection to the data. It’s not having to process it through chat, GBT or Claude and use our connectors. And sometimes that might take a little extra time. So try this out guys. Find that icon on the bottom right, or it’s called ask Helium on the top. And the first time that you use it, there might be a button that says you have to authorize.

Bradley Sutton:

So make sure to hit that. And then it says, feel free to ask me anything. So one thing I’m going to do is I’m going to go ahead and take one of my ASINs here for this hemp roll on. And I’m going to use Cerebro to compare my ASIN with this competitor. Let’s go find this other hemp roll on here. Copy the ASIN. Let me go ahead and paste it over here and tell me if there’s any keywords that I am not ranked in the top 30, but they are organically ranked in top 10, just hit send. And it’s going to go ahead and run Cerebro in the background and get this information. And here we go. I’ve only got one keyword that I’m not ranking for. So that’s good. I’m ranking highly for every keyword that this other product is.

Bradley Sutton:

I can take it a step farther with this ASIN and start entering other tools. Here’s what I’m going to do here. Show me from search query performance, the keywords in the last three months that have driven at least three sales for this ASIN. And here we go, says 42 keywords drove at least three sales. And here is the list of those keywords. And then it even takes a step farther. I didn’t even ask for it, but it was telling me which one is the number one driver. It’s talking about branded or near branded terms. It starts telling me about my conversion rate. Where are some rank gap opportunities like it’s already without even me saying it because it’s smarter than Claude because it’s programmed with the Helium 10s knowledge. It’s telling me what my rank gap opportunity. So like it’s showing me it’s pulling in information from keyword tracker without even me asking it and telling me where there’s gaps.

Bradley Sutton:

So guys, there’s so many things that you can you can do. You can ask it stuff like, hey, which ASIN had the highest sales last month. You can say, hey, how do my listings compare to top competitors? If you’ve got Helium 10 ads, there’s different audits you can do. You can say, how is my A cost trending? There’s you’re going to be able to do custom dashboards with this. I can go full screen here and see things bigger. I can create dashboards later. This is going to be almost like an employee where I can have conversations with it and ask for performance and schedule tasks and all kinds of really cool stuff. But guys, for now, what I want everybody who’s got the plan to do go in there, start asking it questions, let us know how it performs. Something this is in beta only. All right. Elite members have had this. Now it’s going to members. Try and see if you can break it. That’s what we need when things are in beta. So let us know. Hit us up in customer support. Let us know what you like about it. Let us know if it didn’t answer a question the right way. But here you go. Here you go, guys. The Helium agent or the agent, the agent named Helium is now live in Helium 10. You don’t need Claude. You don’t need chat to run it. Start using it today.

Carrie Miller:

Thank you so much, Bradley. So let’s go ahead and get into the last article of the day. And that is about Amazon Prime Air drone delivery. They’re actually expanding this. Now, this isn’t necessarily going to impact you directly, you know, per se right now. But this is something to keep in mind that they’re expanding to 500 cities. And it’s saying that a lot of these items will be delivered in as fast as 30 minutes. So when if you go down in this article, it says that it’ll be delivered in 30 minutes. But the types of products it’s going to be are products that are five pounds or less that can fit into a large shoebox can be delivered by drone, meaning about 60% of the items customers most frequently purchase are eligible. So what does this mean? I was just thinking about how you know, a lot of people maybe are needing something really quickly. And there are things like groceries or convenience items or something from the drugstore.

Carrie Miller:

And now with this drone delivery service, instead of getting in their car and driving, it’s going to be way easier for them to get a 30 minute delivery with a drone, whereas, you know, before they would have to wait two days. So this could really change the game for a lot of those smaller items or items that people might, you know, need to go out and grab really quickly, they’ll just utilize these drones. So it could have a huge impact on sales and a huge increase on sales. So it’s actually goes through a lot of the cities that you know, it’s currently offered, but they’re going to be offering this says in here, you know, that basically, it’s going to be 500 cities by the end of 2026. Right here, it says it at the top. So that is something to consider might help you with your sales. And hopefully it does. All right. And then one last thing I’m going to remind you again, I talked about this a little bit earlier in the episode here.

Carrie Miller:

But remember to submit your helium 10 MCP skills or your prompt for this hackathon contest. There’s huge, huge prizes. We’re so excited to be able to, you know, take a look at this things that you all have been doing with the MCP and share it with other sellers. And then you can learn from other sellers as well. So it’s going to be a great thing. Make sure that you submit your skills.

And we have the link in the description also on the screen here. And so we hope that you submit those skills and those prompts. And we look forward to seeing who wins the big prize. So that’s all that we have for this week’s episode of the weekly buzz. We hope to see you again next week to see what’s buzzing. Bye everyone.
